REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Junxion Søund are considered final unless otherwise stated in our Terms & Agreements. Deposits are non-refundable and serve to secure your session time and engineer. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy — cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking may receive a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

No Call/No Shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds or credits. Once a session begins, no refunds will be issued for time used or unused. In the event of a technical malfunction or studio-related issue that prevents the completion of your session, Junxion Søund will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an appropriate credit at our discretion.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that Junxion Søund reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
