Junxion Søund Terms & Agreements
When booking a recording session at Junxion Søund you are entering into a contract by which you are agreeing unconditionally on behalf of the person(s) responsible for booking by the studio’s terms and conditions as detailed below.
Payment
1.1. The studio can be booked by individuals aged 18 years or above, or minors with the consent of a legal guardian.
1.2. The full amount is required to confirm a booking.
1.3. Payment can be made with Cash, Square, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle or 3rd party Wix platforms. It is the responsibility of the booking client to cover the cost of each session.
1.4. Late payment will lead to an additional fee of $10, and refusal to pay may lead to prosecution, withholding session time, all copies of recordings, masters or session files until all fees have been paid and funds have cleared.
1.5. No Call/No shows that have paid deposit will result in loss of monies and studio time, non refundable.
1.6. You must pay for the full amount of hours you book. Junxion Søund reserves the right to implement these payment terms where applicable.
Late Arrivals/Cancelations/refunds
2.1 Artist must pay for the full amount of hours booked regardless of their punctuality. You will not be charged for time spent addressing technical difficulties or malfunctions.
2.2. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking will receive a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
2.3. Rescheduling requests can be accommodated based on availability, provided they are made with reasonable notice.
2.4. No Call/No Shows that have paid deposit will result in loss of monies and studio time, non refundable.
2.5 Failure to arrive within an hour of your booked time will result in a No Call/No Show unless it is communicated to our staff prior.
2.6 Cancellations as a result of adverse weather conditions such as snow will be rescheduled.
Breakage/Damaged or stolen Studio Equipment
3.1. Users are responsible for using the studio equipment and facilities in a proper and respectful manner.
3.2. Any damage caused to studio equipment due to negligence or misuse will be the financial responsibility of the individual or group responsible for the booking. Refusal to pay for breakages will lead to exclusion and prosecution.
3.3. In the event of equipment malfunction or technical issues, every reasonable effort will be made to resolve the matter promptly.
3.4. If an item of equipment is damaged or missing at the start of your session please report it to the session technician/engineer immediately. If you or someone in your party steals from the studio, we have to right to press charges and will do so accordingly.
Personal Items/Lost Property
4.1. The studio is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items belonging to users or visitors on the premises. 4.2. Users are advised to keep their personal belongings secure and not leave them unattended in the studio or common areas, and ensure that you take all of your belongings with you when you leave.
4.3. Junxion Søund is not responsible for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises.
ILLicit drug use/ Smoking / alcohol
5.1. The use, possession, or distribution of illicit drugs on the studio premises is strictly prohibited.
5.2. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, etc.) is not permitted anywhere inside the studio complex.
5.3. Consumption of alcohol and open containers of alcohol are not permitted anywhere inside the studio.
5.4. Anyone found engaging in such activities will be immediately asked to leave, and the authorities may be notified, if necessary.
SAFETY
6.1. Users must follow all safety guidelines provided by the studio staff during their stay.
6.2. It is strictly prohibited to bring any weapons or dangerous objects onto the studio premises.
6.3. Fighting or causing bodily harm of any sort to another person is strictly prohibited on the property.
6.4. Harassment or disorderly conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the studio and exhile from booking future sessions.
6.5. The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual or group that poses a threat to the safety and well-being of others.
File Storage/Data Loss
7.1. Junxion Søund is not liable for data loss and/or long term storage of data and recordings.
7.2. Clients are responsible for backing up all sessions to their own storage media during paid session time.
7.3. We store all of our clients files for as long as we can. If you do not back up your sessions files after your session and request us to send you your files, you'll be charged a $25 transfer fee per file.
cleaning fee (ROOM RENTALS)
8.1. If you leave the studio in a condition worse than when you got it, you will be charged a non-refundable $25 cleaning fee.
8.2. Cleaning fee will be due immediately after session and you must pay before you book with us again.
disclosures
9.1. Requested engineers are not guaranteed. Engineers are subject to change last minute with little to no notice.
9.2. Junxion Søund reserves the right to use any clients name, image, and likeness without payment.
