Junxion Søund Terms & Agreements

When booking a recording session at Junxion Søund you are entering into a contract by which you are agreeing unconditionally on behalf of the artist/band to abide by the studio’s terms and conditions as detailed below.


Payment can be made with Cash, Square, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle or 3rd party wix platforms. It is the responsibility of the artist to cover the cost of each session in full either in advance or on the day of the session. A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit is non refundable or transferable. If the artist does not send a deposit within 12 hours after booking their session, the session will be canceled. The remainder of the studio bill should be paid in full on the first day of your session. Late payment will lead to an additional fee of $10, and refusal to pay may lead to prosecution. No Call/No shows that have paid deposit will result in loss of monies and studio time, non refundable.

Failure to produce full payment will result in the studio withholding session time, all copies of recordings, masters or session files until all fees have been paid and funds have cleared. You must pay for the full amount of hours you book. Junxion Søund reserves the right to implement these payment terms where applicable. 

Late Arrivals/Cancelations/refunds

Artist must pay for the full amount of hours booked regardless of their punctuality. You will not be charged for time spent addressing technical difficulties or malfunctions.

24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a session; this includes weekends and bank holidays. If a session is cancelled within less then 24 hours notice, client will not be refunded and full payment will be required to book further sessions. No Call/No shows that have paid deposit will result in loss of monies and studio time, non refundable. For booked sessions, there are no refunds available once a deposit or payment has been made. Deposits can be applied to other sessions if cancellation policy has been followed. Cancellations as a result of adverse weather conditions such as snow will be rescheduled.

Breakage/Damaged or stolen Studio Equipment

Any damage caused to studio equipment due to misuse and abuse will be charged to the artist/band/individual. Refusal to pay for breakages will lead to exclusion and prosecution. If an item of equipment is damaged or missing at the start of your session please report it to the session technician/engineer immediately. If you or someone in your party steals from the studio, we have to right to press charges and will do so accordingly.

Personal Items/Lost Property

Please make sure that you do not leave personal items unattended and ensure that you take all of your belongings with you when you leave. Junxion Søund is not responsible for any personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises.


Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the studio complex.

File Storage/Data Loss

Junxion Søund is not liable for data loss and/or long term storage of data and recordings. Clients are responsible for backing up all sessions to their own storage media during paid session time.

But we do store all of our clients files for as long as we can. If you do not back up your sessions files after your session and request us to send you your files, you'll be charged a $20 transfer fee per session. 

cleaning fee

This applies to Room Rentals. If you leave the studio in a condition worst then when you got it. You'll be charged a $25 cleaning fee, non-refundable. This will be due immediately after session and you must pay before you book with us again.
